Your 60 or 90 minute treatments may include:

1. SWEDISH MASSAGE. Based on Western concepts of
Anatomy and Physiology and includes a variety of
methods to relax and soothe the body.

2. REMEDIAL / DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE. For those with tight muscles, pain and restriction.

3. MYOFASCIAL RELEASE. This technique treats fascial restriction in both superficial and deep tissue.
It lengthens fibres, reduces adhesions, increases range
of motion, decreases compartment pressure and restores elasticity.

My ATHLEGEN electric height and length adjustable massage table allows you to have a better massage. It accommodates men weighing up to 150 KG and when lowered, allows me as your therapist, to apply extra pressure for deep tissue work.
